Chest & Breathing Problems

I am facing chest pain since few months but lately i am also facing breathing problem. Please suggest which type of doctor I shall see?

My father report has been noted by promibent bronichial spotted... What is this...is it harmful? What should we do?

Even tests like ecg cbp and pft and chest x-ray tests I have done those tests and everything was normal in that tests so doctor advised me to take following tablets like Montair fx nexito plus and esemaprazole daily one tablet for one month.... After using these tablet for a month I felt better..... After that the same symptoms persists again again I consulted the doctor he asked me to continue Montair fx tablet regularly at night..since 2 days my problem is severe .. Please solve my problem

I have been coughing a lot and have trouble breathing. Also have been throwing up because of to much coughing.

I started having a dry cough about 8 weeks ago. Slowly it turned into chest congestion with wet coughs with clear mucus and some chest tightness. After about 3 weeks I started getting sinus congestion with pressure and clear snot. At one point I got neon yellow colored snot running out my nose. Then it went away, the mucus was clear. I've been taking antihistamines and decongestants which help a little. But now my nose and chest are congested all the time and I wheeze, breathing uncomfortable

My Father is 63 yr old. He has asthma and Diabetes. He has been admitted to Yashoda Hospital several times and continued his medicines under Dr Mohan Bandhu Gupta. He is having breathing issue and coughing so badly which keeps him up all the night. Please suggest what to do now.
