Father has lung cancer. Is it safe to have chemotherapy at this age. As such he is fit and fine. No pain nothing else only coughing at times.

I am smoking 2-3 cigarretes a day from past 6 years ..from 2 years ... i am not expelling firm stool or faecal matter from my body. the stool is very reddish or blackish in colour..as if blood is thEre in stool plus also experience frequent loose motions... in addition to this there is a constant mild pain in stomach

My grandpa has prostate cancer with bone metastasis. Chemotherapy and radiation therapy had already done on him. Please, suggest other treatment options for treatment of bone metastasis. He has pain in different parts of body like pelvis. Please help me .
