Based on statements you made i will try to help.
Mother in laws father - throat cancer, probably secondary to habit usage - tobacco, alcohol and smoking.
Husband elder brother - back bone cancer, is it a primary cancer like multiple myeloma or a secondary cancer ?, either way difficult to say if it is familial.
Cancer is caused by interaction of environment, lifestyle and genetics. Familial cancers r very rare usually indicated by multiple malignancies in same individual in almost all members of family.
For 2 daughters, they can undergo cervical cancer screening with pap smear every 3 years (if they are above 25 years) and annual mammogram after age 40 years. Avoid alcohol, smoking. Eat healthy, fruits and veggies, and exercise well will prevent cancer. Even if it occurs, you will be in good health to fight it..

There is clustering of cancer cases in your family. However, the types of cancers do not belong to same category of cancers. In such cases we recommend genetic counseling and consider genetic tests to look for any mutations leading to cancer.
