Hi Sir, i have a breast pain from past 3 months (1st month it is quite severe and then very mild pain) went to gynic she did physical examination and told everything is okay later i went to ortho he told it is muscle pain and have given pain killers mean time he ordered blood work came back normal but my wbc and esr are elevated then he told inflammation is there after taken the pain killers 6 no's pain is reduced then again after 1 1/2 month i consulted general physician and again took blood work everything is normal now my wbc and esr are normal and ordered chest x-ray it came back normal and then he told muscle pain and asked me go for physiotherapy . till now i did't went for it . still i have lil mild pain in upper right breast i.e near to bone do i need to worry about breast cancer Could you please respond to my query

Four and half year boy diagonised with chronic ITP SINCE OCTOBER 2015.Has bleeding some times.Recommended SPLENECTOMY.SHOULD WE GO AHEAD OR EXPLORE OTERE AVENUES IF ANY.RISK OF SPLENECTOMY?

On the first report I have gall stone of 7 mm. Due to pain in the abodmen after 1 month i did ultra sound the result is gallbladder contracted with evidence of calcification of filling entire lumen. What are the treatment I need to take for this

Hello Doctors, I noticed these Vertical light pink bands on middle finger nail plate of my left hand about 1mm. On a closer look, it is seen in every finger's nail plate. If I press my nails, this band disappears. Is it a normal occurrence or is it something serious? I haven't noticed this till recently though. I'm scared if this is melanoma, as per the information from internet. The growing white nails in the free tip also appears to be little shaded as well due to this band and it grows in the same shaded colour once it regrows. I tried cutting the nail plate a bit deeper and could see that this band is NOT present on skin but only on the nail plate. It has NOT changed any size or any colour. Could you please advise what this could be? Any infection or something really that I need to be worried about. I had all my medical examination about 5 months ago and all came out to be normal.

My wife underwent a routine usg breast and the radiologist detected a small cyst. I want to know if this is a cause of concern? Would appreciate if you can advise on the next steps. My husband is having lymph node swelling over his collar bone in the neck which is changing shape.he is also having continuous fever 100 from 4 days.we had done fnac test and CT scan which came as reactive lymphsitis.. After taking antibiotics for 10 days doctor stopped the medicine stating node will reduce but it is not. Current situation is fever continues and lymph node size has increased..what could be the possible reasons and if we refer oncologist then what type of oncologist??
