I am anemic for past 6 months. I have a hemoglobin of 7.4 and it drops. I get transfused every 3 weeks. I want to see what are my treatment options? Would Imitinef Mercilet help?

Dear Sir/Madam, My Father had a surgery (Gallbladder Remove as it decompose) on 2012. Second surgery done on 2015 (Bill duct blockage) at Gastro Kidny Care Hospital. Now he got admit again in hospital due to JONDISH. As per Doctor 60% liver was not working (Infected). Also found blockage on bill duct again. Also found tumor tendency. I've been passing blood in my urine, and it is very painful too. Along with the above mentioned problem, diffuse thickening of my bladder is also seen by sonography. I'm a sixteen year old boy.
