I had a colonoscopy yesterday after showing positive reading during the yearly stool checks for over 50yrs. My report said I had some large lesions and 50+ polyps. More could be there as there was still some stool there and they could not confirm full until I carry out the colonoscopy again. Do I have high chance of cancer?

Having RBC below 3 L 10*/mm3 and WBC below 2 L 10*/mm3 and hemoglobin below 5 L g/dl and platelets around 70,000 and bilirubin at 2.2. and 2 unit of blood transfused yesterday. I am not on bed rest moving normally with weakness. Dr says suspecting Cancer based on these clinical values. Hepatitis -ve. No fever/cough/bleeding/diabetes, since 2wks.

My father, whose details i have already mentioned, has been diagnosed with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma a couple of days ago. The local doctors suggest surgery as the tumour has already blocked a substantial portion of the colon, and is rapidly increasing. But since Ranchi, our city, doesn't have a hospital where the surgery can be done, we need suggestions as to which is the best hospital in India where the surgery can be done with the lowest possible risk. Also considering the fact that my father is 82 years old and also has a cardiac stent which was installed in 2011. Also, he has had a history of respiratory trouble. It would be preferable for the hospital to be in Kolkata, for the ease of lodging and finances are not a big trouble. Therefore, i request your help on the matter for our course of action.

Dimension 29mmx18mm.found by USG.does it mean malignant? Is the size of tumor large as compared to normal? How long can be the the time it developed before'? SOL at the base of urinary bladder? what does it mean?
