My relative is suffering from oesophagus cancer and doctor tell that they have 4th stage cancer they took chemo and radiations too but it affect now their whole body. What should we do now?

My granny(65) was detected with cancer in april.She had a tumour in her cheek.After surgery that tumour was completely removed.Doctor said now the chances of occurance of tumour again ar very less.But only after 2 months she is detected with another tumour near ear.Is it possible that new tumour has developed in just 2 months?Or doc has cheated us?

One and half year back my mother has operated for Ovary cyst and remove cyst and right ovary,that time lower cancer was detected. As suggested Doctor we did second operation and remove left ovary and nodes and lab report was negative. then took six chemos to avoid future problems.Now there was solid mass cyst was seen in Pet report. what to do?
