My relative is suffering from oesophagus cancer and doctor tell that they have 4th stage cancer they took chemo and radiations too but it affect now their whole body. What should we do now?

Unfortunately the only option we have is palliative chemotherapy. Based on her symptoms, symptomatic treatment can be considered. But in stage 4 esophagus cancer, there is pretty little we can do
