Cancer Care and Treatment

I have a lymph node i can feel on back of head. Right above hairline. I am 17 and I feel great. But I have a worrying problem and I am worried sick because I look it up on Google and all kinds of cancer pops up. Please help

My Father is in diagnosis for Multiple Myeloma.He had been around 25 radiotherapy sessions and 13 chemos so far.At 1st chemo he has " M band 3.65GSM % and Beta2 MicroGlobulin is 1700.ng/ml.After 12th chemo it has been reduced to " M band 0.22 and Beta 2 MicroGlobulin around 1600. Doctors are suggesting for 6 cycles(24 chemos). 24 needed? 16 is fine
