Perforated gallbladder carcinoma Through surgery it can removed or any other procedure to treat the patient?

I am a smoker from past 9 years.I smoke almost 10 cigarettes a day.Its been almost 1 month since I quit.But still some pain in throat and chest is intact.What are the chances that i have lungs/throat cancer?

My mother have NHL on left breast cancer and IHC reports cd20 is positive others are negative. 2cycle r-chop chemotherapy is over remaining 4 cycle r there its compulsorily to complete 6 cycle are not.
