Having lumps in both the breasts which just change there shapes after some time... When i touch my breast they just come to there normal shape... Can it will be a cancer?

My father in law is suffering from cancer since last one year. first throat cancer was diagnosed than it was cured through radio and chemo after 2 months again lung cancer was diagnosed. but it can not be cured through chemo. and doctor refused. his hb and weight was loose. now he is breathing well but feeling very weakness. what sjoul we do now
