I have lump below my ear its in the skin not showing above not paining when i touch then found that have a lump i am a smoker for 6years but quit smoking 3-4 days ago and found lump now what to do its cancer or what but when search on INTERNET nothing symptoms is related to my lump not happen any single thing that related to cancer but only nothing lump in below my ear what to do..

From last 4 to 5 month I feel pain in my left breast, when I touch I feel something hard in my left breast and my breast size is increasing day by day, and stretch are showing on my skin like its increasing my breast, so I did a USg report by the advice of a doctor.
