What can one do to get blood cancer. I don't have blood cancer but need to have it. How do I get blood cancer?

I smoke 2-3 cigarettes a day. I'm smoking from almost last 1 year.I want to quit it. What should I do?

Hi, I am male 27. I am experiencing shoulder and neck pain and I feel it is nerves rather than muscle without any reason and I read on the Internet that these are symptoms of Pancoast tumor. My father recently had cancer and that makes me scared. I want to do some tests and confirm that I dont have cancer. What are the screeing tests I can go for to know if I have this tumor? Thank you
