Detected low hemoglobin and then kidney failure .. now would like to confirm about the Multiple myloma

Hi, My relative is suffering from low platelet count, low wbc and low haemoglobin. I have attached the report. She is being treated with chemo 6th doze over. The blood report says negative for malaria. But how Dr figured out that it is chemo and not dengue causing low platelets and wbcs??. Regards SB
