Two or three weeks ago I noticed on the paw of my foot a black dot like ink and then I saw that there is one on the other foot of my foot but not as obvious as the same stigma, I did not pay much attention because I think it's not important, I stood still and was still there, now I'm afraid of skin cancer

I am Rida. I am 20 yrs old. I weigh around 78 kgs. My weight has drastically increased over the past 2 years.i have been having a lump under my armpit for the past 2 years.It pains sometimes. I feel it is a moving lump. I even feel very weak at times.
