Feeling severe pain from backbone.i had taken 2 grafeel injection.yesterday and today.can i take etodyl pain reliever tablet to relieve my pain.i cant sleep.please help

Biopsy report says that invasive duct carcinoma (NOS) grade 2 , mbr score 7/9

My father (65 yrs) is having feeling of fullness, diarrhoea and body pain from last few months. After endoscopy the result is 2 diminutive polyps (0.2cm) in the duodenum. Biopsy result is well differentiated neuroendocrine tumor grade 1. Confirmation test result is; Synaptophysin: positive Chromogranin: weakly positive Ki-67 index: 1%. Is it a malignant growth? If so what is the management. Please help with your opinion.

Ill defined mildly enhancing soft tissue density plaque/mass of size 4.8 cm length and 1.5 cm thickness is noted at left laternal aspect of urinary bladder without any obvious extra UB spread suggested cystoscopy

Why do chemotherapy given in 6 cycles. Can it be stopped after one cycle if the patient is fragile.

My mother in law has lung cancer that she is recovering from. The tumor is smaller now than it has ever been. Her pain we've noticed is purely psycholoshe gical. It acts up when her anxiety worsens. Now she is on prozac abilify and dilaudid (74 MGS!!!) when she takes her prescribed dose, her pain doesnt change, she just become lethargic, soils herself, drools on herself she was given a clonazepam and her pain went away but her family dr, said that she can't have them and uped her dilaudid Helpo
