Clarification about Chest X- Ray - Lymph

Hi Sir, I suffered Hodjikins Lymphoma in the year of 2001 and I did 6 cycle Chemotherapy in the same year itself. Then, I have done the health check up in each and every years ( 16 years continuously ). Last week I did a health check and done the X-RAY chest. My radiologist give the impression as " Prominent Left Hilum / Lymph node ? ". When I saw the report I was totally disappointed and my mind is not working and thinking. But, my general physician told it is not a major issue. Pls suggest sir

Prolapsing bumps after bowel movement

I have bumps that prolapse after every bowel movement. I looked and they don't look the same. One is white and the other is flesh-like. Kinda looks like a berry. They started as one small bump that I could feel with a finger after seeing blood in my stool. They multiplied very fast. They're now not growing only color changes. I saw a doc and he said he believes it's polyps. He recommended a colonoscopy and casually mentioned cancer and now I'm freaking out. Any different opinion?
