Cancer Care and Treatment

I have bumps that prolapse after every bowel movement. I looked and they don't look the same. One is white and the other is flesh-like. Kinda looks like a berry. They started as one small bump that I could feel with a finger after seeing blood in my stool. They multiplied very fast. They're now not growing only color changes. I saw a doc and he said he believes it's polyps. He recommended a colonoscopy and casually mentioned cancer and now I'm freaking out. Any different opinion?

Hi Doctor I am 41 years old male i did US Abdomen 28th Dec 2017 My Report is The liver is average in size measuring about 16.1 cm in right midclavicular line with smooth outline. Demonstrating normal homogenous echogenicity with smooth echotexture There is an ill-defined heterogeneous lesion seen in segment IVb/V measuring about 1.7 x 2.4 cm with minimal surrounding vascularity. Portal vein is average in caliber with color-flow can you tell me what is the cause n how much it is danger?

Please suggest me what's happening in my body based on symptoms mentioned below.. Day by day on hands and on body skin is being swollen I.e like fat poles. They spreading on body. Along with this I'm facing gastric problem since 1.5 year. And recently pain has started at bowel release area.
