I have a lump in my left chest. A four finger gap from my collar bone. It is painless. Which doctor should I go to? No fever or regular cough. No bone pain. No sudden weight loss. Please suggest which doctor to consult.

My dad has an open wound on his neck. The wound is not like a normal wound on a normal human. He has a growth on his neck (lymph node area) I suspect it is a tumour or cancer. On top of that there's an open wound that can see the flesh inside the body.

Hi Sir, I suffered Hodjikins Lymphoma in the year of 2001 and I did 6 cycle Chemotherapy in the same year itself. Then, I have done the health check up in each and every years ( 16 years continuously ). Last week I did a health check and done the X-RAY chest. My radiologist give the impression as " Prominent Left Hilum / Lymph node ? ". When I saw the report I was totally disappointed and my mind is not working and thinking. CT scan report is showing multiple lymph nodes swelling extensive mediastinal, bilateral hilar and supraclavicular lymphadenopathy. Multiple small bilateral lung nodules & small hypodensities in the spleen. As per lymph node excision biopsy report it's showing necrotizing granulomatous inflammation. TB-PCR and Genexpert MTB both are negative result. Patient is having dry cough, loss of appetite, excessive fatigue and no fever. What would be the suspected cause and direction to be followed?

I'm suffering from constant fever. Morphology suggest classical Hodgkin. Please tell me over all cost and treatment related information.

I have bumps that prolapse after every bowel movement. I looked and they don't look the same. One is white and the other is flesh-like. Kinda looks like a berry. They started as one small bump that I could feel with a finger after seeing blood in my stool. They multiplied very fast. They're now not growing only color changes. I saw a doc and he said he believes it's polyps. He recommended a colonoscopy and casually mentioned cancer and now I'm freaking out. Any different opinion?

Hi Doctor I am 41 years old male i did US Abdomen 28th Dec 2017 My Report is The liver is average in size measuring about 16.1 cm in right midclavicular line with smooth outline. Demonstrating normal homogenous echogenicity with smooth echotexture There is an ill-defined heterogeneous lesion seen in segment IVb/V measuring about 1.7 x 2.4 cm with minimal surrounding vascularity. Portal vein is average in caliber with color-flow can you tell me what is the cause n how much it is danger?
