Throat cancer?

My mom is 60 yes old and had been a 2 pk a day smoker for at least 40 yrs. She has had a sore throat, trouble swallowing and ear pain for months and didn’t tell anyone. Her ultrasound showed enlarged lymph nodes. We have a follow up scheduled and the doctor asked that I be there to discuss further work up. I know that there is a serious potential for pharyngeal/esophageal cancer but what else could it be? I don’t want to scare the family if it could be something else! She doesn’t have tonsils

I an 21 years old student I used to smoke 3 years ago, i quit 4 months ago,after quitting i got a chronic infection,i was admitted to a hospital,when i got quite good in few days i got a sore throat, i visited to a doctor he gave me anti biotics but there was no effect,then there was difficulti in swallowing, and lasted for 2 months and swollen lymp nodes on left side,and i got blood in nose from two days, i visit an ent he took a tt test and hemogram test,and he put some liquid in my nose by a small iron bar and cotton,is it throat cancer or something else, plz plz plz help mei am so anxious.plz help

Squamous cell carcinoma

We saw a red patch 1.5 years ago in his mouth (around 1 cm). We consulted with a Doctor (Dentist and Cancer specialist) in Kanpur, he suggested for the scrape biopsy and we found Erythroplakia. we repeated the same 6 months ago with the same outcome. We decided to go for Biopsy last week and reports say squamous cell carcinoma (Well differentiated)

Fungal accumulation pain post radiation

My mother was diagnosed as a case of Left Buccal Mucosa cancer in the month of Dec 2017.. We had taken radiation therapy and chemotherapy as suggested by the doctor and completed it successfully a month ago. However post the treatment completion we saw a lump in the affected area which has now turned into black in color. On further tests, it was concluded as nothing harmful cells but bacteria (fungal) accumulation. However she is struggling with lot of pain and not able to bare it.Please suggest

Feet swelling

My mom's feet are swelling and getting treatment for the same. So doctor advised for lower limb venous Doppler in which report are showing. Few hypoechoic inguinal lymph nodes with intact  echogenic hilum noted on both sides. Few telangiectasia around the bilateral knee joint and distal thigh region. Please guide
