Veg foods to improve blood during chemo
61yrs, female, currently undergoing chemotherapy
Current daily consumption of carrots, beetroot, kiwi, apple is still not helping bring back blood parameters within recommended range.
So would be helpful to get guidance on any other vegetarian foods that will help in improving blood within the 21 day chemo cycle.
