Please help!! i am attaching an ultradound of my right submandibular region. I have a bump floor of mouth on the right sublingual duct. This is the ultrasound please take a look and let me know if it is ok or not. Is it cancer? I am reallt scared.

Doctors have remarked "Good Response" after 4 rounds of chemotherapy of stage 3 C ovarian cancer. I want to know what they is realy mean by Good Response. We should be hopeful for recovery.
