Doctor is done MRM after MRM doctor is referred to the radiotherapy but surgery is done in the 13th August radiotherapy will be start after 10 October

Is it possible to have polycythemia Vera with normal CBC , pap smear? I have splenomegaly with uric acid 8.4 ,heavy left foot and heavy palms when walking. Sometimes the muscle base of my fingers in the palm become red  if I am worried for a whole day.But my hematologist says not to worry as the blood tests are normal and within range, and have some mental issues. I don't get itching after hot bath.( I like it actually.) I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I'm a vegetarian. Right now, desperate to get the spleen get corrected as it pains in the left ribs and back.

11 years ago detected with Breast cancer. Treatment done with operation, chemotherapy, and radiation. Right now for last 4 months acute pain and swelling in knee joint and can't move.
