Imaging wise it does look like cancer. We always confirm it with needle test either FNAC or biopsy. On CT, there is a mass in gall bladder with multiple Lymph nodes in upper abdomen and multiple lesions in liver which is suggestive of stage IV Gall bladder cancer.
Next Steps
Please meet medical Oncologist. Need to do blood test and proceed with FNAC /Biopsy. If LFT is deranged , may require consultation with medical gastroenterologist for stenting
