I have done comprehensive health checkup and reports shows high platellet count,anemic. Want doctor to analyse the report

My sister has bleeding since 3 months, no pain, her ultrasound report shows cervix appear bulky with bulkier posterior lip and shows an ill defined mass of size 37x7mm, is it serious, we saw an gynecologist he is telling it is normal a stone, nothing to worry, my sisters hemoglobin is 5,what we will do, shall we see a oncologist, gynecologist told to give 4 bloods and wait for 8 days for operation, what we will do

Can you please tell what does the report says? Here in a small city no specialist doctor is available. Also the patient is curious why does he got this type of cancer as he doesn't smoke/chew tobacco and doesn't drink. He suffered rib fracture 2.5 years back in an accident. Could that be responsible in anyway for lung cancer? Symptoms started just 1 month back. Please help what to do next and answer my queries.
