Brain and Spine Problems

I am getting mild headache since I started taking clonazepam for my hypnic jerks, is this normal? The headache is quite mild but constant.

Having joint pain in shoulder. Having very difficulty in normal works. Also having neck pain. Probably also suffering from spnodelisis.

I feel numbness in my arms mostly the left arm usually when i get up from sleep. I couldn't keep my arms bended it also makes my hand numb And my left arm shakes whenever i carry something even a small thing like a mobile

My vitb12 is 102.pls tell which medicine should i take? Neurobionforte or methylcobalmin? Also tell me how many in a day. My hair turning grey also smtimes numbness is present. Thank u

Hi doctor .. at night if I am sleeping turning on the right suddenly I will feel some pain in the right part of skull. If I do some deep breathing it goes of. Similar thing I have noticed when I sleep turning to left. Then left part of head paiback.Is this worrisome?
