After 8 hours sleep feeling sleepy tired
Dear sir After 8 hours sleep i am feeling sleepy tiredness, low energy from 8 years. Blood test, thyroid test and sugar test are normal. Morning feeling little hedache. After doing small work feeling tired sleepy. Recently consulted psychiatrist, nuerologist they say everything is normal. Recently consulted ENT doctor he says DNS,Parasinusits. I consulted 20 hospitals but problem not solved. May I know exact causes and kindly suggest

If you feel sleepy inspite of 8 hrs sleep, Most likely your sleep is disturbed. Need to take relaxation exercises. Thanks
