Hands trembles too much

I had the problem of trembling hands since a child. However, it has intensified a great deal lately. Holding a tea cup or tying on keyboard is more difficult now. I smoke cigarettes on daily basis, around 4-5. Also, occasionally I smoke weed or hash. The problem has become frustrating now. Please advise.
