Brain and Spine Problems

I stopped taking alcohol a while ago, now while sleeping I'm having this numbness, pins & needles in my right hand and right leg. Even in day time I'm still facing this.

Spondylotic changes of the spine & degenerative disc disease. Disko-osteophytic bulges at C4-C5,C5-C6&C6-C-7 indenting the thecal sac.No disc herniation or nerve root compression in dorsal region.Mild diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 indecating the thecal sac compromising lateral recesses encroaching neural foraminawithmild impingement on traversing

Sir i got headache when I do fasting and when I travel anywhere my whole brain becomes so painful that time and that time i used to take saredon is it is good for my health ? .so pls suggest me some ways to get rid of it in correct ways
