Having severe headache on daily basis .I get uncomfortable with loud noises nd bright light also.Pain remains for about 1 to 2 hr which is very painful also

Can I switch to tinagliptin instead of sitagliptin 500 mg? For the past 8 years my HBAc1 hovers around 6.8.

Hi, I got feel pain first time in the nerve pass through elbow to neck when doing gym. Now pain has been started in both hands and every week sever pain start in my neck. Please suggest me what is the problem and what is the remedy.

I have tremor during laboratory work I have see a doctor my doctor says B.P problem 150/80 mmhg but my BP is nor mal now during medicines use problem is stop but after some days problem is start .my neurologist doctor prescribed Kipnol TR 40mg and Clona 0.5mg .and P-GABA capsule 10 days . But tremor is not completely stop.plz advice me

I did my vitamin b12 test in the month of October  and it was 221 the Biological reference show 187- 881pg/ml . Now according to report it's fine but according to doctor it should be more than 500 . He advised me certain medicine and injection and that helped me and it increase to 1024 . My query is 1. For how long once the deficiency gets over the vitamin b12 remains in the normal range .

I am 5 feet 4 inch 27 years old. My weight is only 47 kg. From my childhood I am very thin but as my age increasing, it seems i am underweight. Another problem I am facing from last two years onwards is that when I used to write something my hand start shaking (hand tremor). I am thinking this may be due to the hyperthyroidism.
