Brain and Spine Problems

About a month ago a hit the top of my heed on the sharp door frame of my car while entering it. Had dizzyness and lightheadedness which last about 2 weeks after seeing doctor who prescribed rest I felt better within about 4 days.went and played golf and with the rapid head movement I feel worse again. Could I have caused a second concusion?

Right legs peripheral nerves tribial and sural are blocked which causes severe pain in the leg. Now same kind of pain is happening in one of the hand.

Having headache from last 20 days but mri show that having cervical spondilysis but also headaches coming as well as fever also coming
