I have the problem of shivering hand for like 3 years but in the last year its increasing . So i consulted a neurologist and he asked me to do some tests . After that i find out that i have deficiency of vitamin b 12. I am taking neurobin forte and a multivitamin tablet daily for about 15 days but there is no result. Are there some exercises for me

Sometimes I am having facial twiching and twiching in legs and hands and back.I was not severe tooth ache and jaw ache I want to dentist said it is due to stress and pressure applying on tooth and jaw.the twiching I am having is from before and is not continuous and when twiching appears I move so it disappears.

I have experienced burning sensation and twitching on my leg. I would like to know the causes. But ever since I stopped drinking chamomile tea, the twitching is slowly going away. Maybe its just a co-incident.

My Father is suffering feet burning from 3 year, much medicine take but till now his problem not solved

I have Raynauds and was diagnosed about a year ago. But during warmer weather (anything that is not numbingly cold) my hands and feet feel like they are burning inside and I feel tightness. It seems as if I find zero relief.

I am having constant headache for last 10 days, I feel heaviness in my head all the time, and sometime mild to thrombing pain so I have to take ibuprofen to subside it I am on heavier side and am on diet plan currently, nit sure if that is causing it. Please help
