Brain and Spine Problems

A bat wandered into my home late in the evening and we handle it with some thin plastic pipe. The pipe was in contact with the bat for a very short time. I was then accidently injured (Just a few scratches with bleeding) by the same plastic pipe a few minutes later. Am I at a risk of catching Rabies from such indirect contact? What are next steps?

Friday my head was collision with wash basin. Wash basin was broken. On my head no external injury. I feel normal. I just want opinion about this. Whether I have to visit neurosurgeon about this.
