I have Raynauds and was diagnosed about a year ago. But during warmer weather (anything that is not numbingly cold) my hands and feet feel like they are burning inside and I feel tightness. It seems as if I find zero relief.

I have been having headache, pain in left hand and left leg alongwith cold from last 4 days. Headache is also in the left side only. Headaches at back of head and in centre
Having dull headaches at the back of the head and the center of the head more in the evenings since 10 months .I have visited 7 doctors till date headaches subside till the placebo effect is there and returns again. I underwent the neck and spine MRI and a CT scan of the whole head as well which were normal. Please opine what to do.
