Brain and Spine Problems

I am on streptomycin and akt-4 for since 2 months 20 days for my spine tuberculosis L/5 S/1 . I recently started feeling extreme dizziness and dehydration (thirsty all  the time) especially in the evenings. I feel like I can't concentrate and my brain is buzzing especially when I walk, its better when I sit or lie down . Is it normal side effects from the medicine and should I go ahead with the last 10 days of streptomycin or not ? (streptomycin was prescribed for thirty days)

Can I take  flunar 10mg instead of profigran 10mg pls advise me and which time is better to take this medicine.

Respected ma'am, I'm a chartered accountancy student and I am having a lot of trouble retaining memory with respective to both subjects and usual life, I'm not able to remember complicated words or some other things and keep getting forgetful. I'm not feeling hungry much and often go through mood swings and slight shifts in personality and feel restless. I'm not very social and am very awkward. I decided to check what it was and found that they were the starting symptoms of dementia, is there any way of finding for sure or if not anyway to find a way to fix my memory issues and mood swings?

My left thumb is twitching from midnight today but without any pain or discomfort. It twitches frequently for 20-30 secs with gap of 15-20 mins. I started going to gym since last week. I'm also having other anxiety symptoms.

My B12 level is 80 as found today, problems I am having: Left hand and left feet sensation Loss of memory and cognitive issues and concentration Light headedness, fatigue Constipation since last 10 days

Why are my body is vibrating some time on a day as like a long time bus or train journey?

I suddenly found imbalances and found head reeling. All surrounding started moving when I board on train. After dinner also I again felt same. I could not dare to go to toilet in train. I am a High BP patient and taking amplodipine with knee pain and spondolytis. Please intimate what could be the reason??

I have superficial veins and swelling around my left below knee area near calves. And i also had parasthesia n my left face swelled a bit. I feel pricking  n itching in parts of my body. My leg swelling had reduced but started again n i dnt knw why
