Vitamin B12 is showing 119pg/ml how is it going to effect my health?? how severe the problem is?? Is it too low ??

Yes ofcourse it is low. It needs to be corrected as soon as possible. It may lead to many other health issues like Anaemia, Neuropathy etc.
