Brain and Spine Problems

My mother's left side of head keeps paining occasionally like once or twice a week. It gets severe and gets normal after 1-2 days. Please tell me which specialist should be consulted for this Problem.

Hello doctor, my mother had undergone mvd for trigeminal neuralgia before 2 years. From that time she is experiencing giddiness. Last week she undergone cranioplasty surgery. Now thick blood is coming out from surture. We are still in hospital only. They are giving antibiotics. Still not cured. They are telling that this will happen normally. They are telling that this thick blood is not good blood. So no problem. Kindly suggest.
