Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I have pain from 20 days at my lower back. I got a MRI as suggested by Doc. I'm attaching MRI report along with this mail. Please someone decode it and tell me what are the treatments available.

Not able to bend my head down and rotate it.severe neck pain just below the lower head at backside. Started yesterday morning suddenly.

Sir, My father is of 70 years and having medium pain in right shoulder for 3-4  days continuously. Old advice medicine.

I workout daily i gym. From last 10 days there is a pain on upper back area while stretch. If some body presses his finger on the spine in upper back, it pains. Kindly suggest

My grandfather was lifting a bucket of water.soon after he experienced a severe pain in the back which he claims to be a nerve pain or muscle pain.he is unable to stand and walk.A local  doctor treated him and told him to take tablets.still it didn't work out.What doctor should i consult and what is the cause of the pain and it's remedies ?Kindly help
