Bone & Muscle problems

I am getting continuously pain in between the two rib bones on the left side from the past 1 month. I am unable to sleep on the left side due to this heavy pain of left side ribs. guide me in this regard.

About three weeks ago, out of no where, the back of my right hand, between my wrist and my kunckles started swelling up. It lasted about 3/4 days and then moved to my left knee and top of both feet, then moves back to my hands and now back to my kneee and feet. Hurts to walk, move hands.

I have sprained my foit i just need a consultant to check if its only a sprain or a fracture, i can walk but its paining apart for keeping the foot at certain angles.. I am looking for a reasonable consultancy and some one with a x ray facility if needed

I workout regularly and especially cardio is something I stress upon. Two weeks back while running on a treadmill, I felt a sharp pain on my upper thigh which is still there. It subsides when I workout or run or just keep walking, But I have difficulty in standing up etc. I'm Really scared and I don't know whom to visit.

7 weeks ago I fractured my 5th metatarsal here in Thailand where I am teaching English. A few days ago at the 6 week mark the doctor removed my cast and said it's 70% healed and that I can walk Now. I am limping and it hurts a little bit and it never hurt in the cast, is this normal?

My husband having pain in back. We have HLA b 27 by pcr report is positive so pls tell me what is risk HLA b 27

Three weeks ago I was down with viral fever and was okay in 2-3 days only. But since then I'm having really bad foot pain and difficultly in walking or standing. My fret are very swollen. It became okay for a span of 2 days in the middle but I can got it. I have pain in my fingers too and I'm having difficultly in putting pressure. Chikingunia, vitamin, dengue, platelets, uric acid and these tests that I did all gave clear results. My problem cannot be diagnosed by my physician.

My 61 year old father suffering from knee pain since 3 month, we done x-ray and other may test but test fine

I recently had a dislocated shoulder n now its back to normal with some pain at shoulder,/what are the steps need to be taken now ?

I have a fracture in my left ankle actually joint disslocation... constant pain... i got slip from the stairs while comming to my home
