Hi, my mother encountered a sudden bending of knee while coming down from stairs 3 months back and since then she is having pain in that knee with some swelling. X-ray reports showed everything normal and there is no fracture or anything. Please suggest a medicine or treatment.

If even with proper medication pain is not coming down u should consider MRI KNEE JT.  That will reveal underlying injury..
