While playing football I have injured my right knee. MRI shows result Medial meniscus posterior horn grade 2 with ACL grade 1. It has been 1 month now I undergoing some exercise as advised my doctor. How much time required for healing it. And is it heal its own or need surgery.

Wrist pain
My wrist makes a popping sound like cracking of knuckles. Very painful and burning feeling. Stiff and weak to the point I have trouble doing things daily. Writing, opening soda top, even a remote feels heavy. Idk if it helps, I did sprain it back in March of this year.
