Bone & Muscle problems

Now that it’s getting my cold, my bones have started hurting really bad. It’s almost like growing pains but much worse and I’m also done growing. It really affects my shins because they hurt all the time, but my arms hurt when I’m in the cold and now my back is beginning to hurt. I think I’m not getting enough vitamin D because i don’t drink milk or eat many dairy products.

I've had back pain for atleast 1 year now, I've seen a doctor about it all they said was to excercise. Through the head of having the back pain my posture has became worse, it seems like I have a hunchback or a curved spine? Pain relief doesn't help nor does a massage. It feels like I have to click my back all the time. It's getting worse, the pain is all over.

My mom is 53 yrs old nad is suffering from diabetes,thyroid,vericose veins and now been biten by road. Cat yest. We cleaned tht area nd apllied dettol but want to check whether she needs to go for vaccination

I had a forcep delivery last month since then I had problem sitting due to pain in tail none but from the last 3 days I am not able to sit even for 5 mins die to lower back pain

While playing football ,I fell down by loosing the balance, I feel its due to legment issues of my knee. I feel heavier pain and not able to walk .

Kindly answer this please 🙏 I had a fracture on 3rd Nov. On left ligament of left knee. Then i got plaster. After 8 days i needed to remove it due to practicals in my collage. Now I'm use knee cap while walking. How many time it will to recover completely and what should i do more for it's recovery?? Also what i shouldn't do for its safety ??

I am mother of one child aged 32 , suffering from back pain which is penetrating inside towards left leg. I had a history of bus accident 4 years back and 5 abortion s also. Now I am breastfeeding .I am not able to get up from bed sometimes becoz of pain ,moving my pelvic part is bit of trouble .I had under gone spinal anaesthesia 4 times. While walking I feel like I might be falling soon.please help me .
