Pain and burning in legs, hands and shoulders and back side of head. this is not a regular pain it is happening sometimes.

From childhood my body is very thin & skinny also weak muscles. I tend to loose weight very easily. my height is 5feet + 7inches and weight is 56kg. my weight and mass never increases. Is it because of genes since my father and mother is also very slim. If yes then what to do ? My diet is also very good but still my physique is low. Please help.
