I have attached picture of the roof of my mouth. Is this a blister caused by hot food, or is it an infection? Please help me with a remedy?

I just have little itchiness of face .so should i consume taking safi or not . NO SPOTS OR REDNESS IS VISIBLE only itching a bit and rashes on face . is it NORMAL?

I was having cough then after 4 days i was diagnosed with jaundice. My jaundice is over now but not the cough, instead i haven't took any cold food& completed 3 bottles of cough syrup til from 3mth. My Xrays were also normal. i've , but today also i'm having cough. what may be the possible reason & is there any cure in Ayurveda for this dry cough?
