I have been taking safi since 4 sept. but haven't seen any difference on skin or any weight loss . should i continue?

I am 2o yrs old girl. i get very much exhausted wile carrying 12 kgs walking upstairs

I am suffering from excess gas in my intestine and muscle twitching sometimes headache and after head weighted, restless, sneeze and mild fever so doctor prescribed me to go blood test after test shows my eosoniphil is 9% than normal and mild typhoid but after typhoid treatment my symptoms is continuous with head weighted, excess fart, muscle twitching sometimes restless so plz help me sir help me...

My father is suffering from liver cirrhosis and inguinal hernia. I need your​ help for that and want to talk to you regarding the same.

My skin has lot of pimples,large pores,sun tan at most of the areas, Whiteheads at nose side and below lip areas, some patches of little white color.plz suggest me the skin care routine either naturally or medicinally.

My primary prakruti is of vaat, however starting my puberty, my kapha has been imbalanced too. Lethargy has been my constant bane because of that. In the last couple of years, even my pitta has gotten vitiated. Now all tridosha are a little imbalanced. Whatever I intake either worsens pitta or my kapha. It's a horrible state to be in. Please advise.

I have been consuming safi for 4th sept and my 21 days are done . but i dont fee any change on skin or weight . its all same . so should i continue drinking it so stop the dose completely. please advice

I had constipation and so have bad habit of inserting finger for complete evacuation. Sometimes (not always) it bleeds from 1 inch inside, not deeper than that. Sometimes I feel pain. I take Mucibael regularly.
