Too much scars on my face due to pimples. When pimples gone then scar come and when tough scars gone then again pimples comes. Tell me medicine for that

I forget the work to do. And I don't have any feelings for other . For this many times I get scolded from my boss... kindly suggest.

I am suffering with essential tremors in my right hand while writing, even can't draw straight or circular line. Very difficult to sign properly which vary each time. Tremors increase during anxiety, hurry or curiosity. Sometimes the tremors are so intensified that it becomes almost impossible to write. Letters are always zig-zag not in straight or curved lines. Though I do my all other works almost normally but for last 3-4 years I am feeling weekness in my right hand/arm when holding a liquid filled glass for a while. I am a diabetic patient for around last 20 years and insulin supportive for last 11 years. I got diabetes and small symptoms of tremors at the same time period around 20 years back. Initially I felt  very mild pain in my thumb after some time of writing work but no tremors. Later on this changed to some mild tremors. I consulted a Neuro physician who told me that this is incurable. Are tremors curable in Ayurveda?
