I'm doing sports activities also but still no result My height 5.44inch and I'm doing all exercise

I am suffering from continuous pimples on my face and decreasing glow of face,dark circles.

Can Hempushpa be taken on regular basis for all the 30 days of the month ? Or is it like Every month during menses only?

Facing below problem from last 1 month, Stool frequency 3-4 times/ day Pain in lower abdomen. Gastroscopy showing intestine swelling. I took probiotics for month. Alternatively i took bilwadi churn and kutajarisht . 2 weeks ago , I suddenly had fever with diarhia. It was typhoid, i took allopathy treatment for that. But after discharged, My stomach again started. I am taking very light diet from 1 month. I loose 8 kg weight in month. Allopathy doctor is saying it is IBS, I did ultrasound it is showing Enterocolitis. Pls help.

Sir, I am using Saribadyasava for my skin as per ayurvedic medical store persons suggestion. I am getting good results. But recently I have tested my blood sample at lab. Got results. No Sugar. No Thyroid. But I am having 17.6 haemoglobin and 6.37 RBC Count. And I have Total Cholesterol as 221 HDL Cholesterol as 40 LDL Cholesterol as 152 VLDL Cholesterol as 29 TRIGLYCERIDES as 146. I have visited Allopathy Doctor yesterday for Cholesterol treatment. He prescribed me to use ROZAT 20mg tablet one at bed time for 3 months. I am thinking about any side effects if I take both Saribadyasava and ROZAT 20mg. I DON'T have any smoking and Alcohol habits. I am non vegetarian. I am 105Kgs weight.Kindly suggest me better options. Thanks a lot sir.
