I had dehydration and doctor put saline on by hand after 4 days the area where the injection given started swelling and paining and nearby area have some pimples what should I do please help me

Hi Doctor, Wanted to know can we treat/cure rhinosinus permanently through Ayurveda. I am suffering from it since last 6 year's and also with asthma. I am 36 year old and regularly suffering from cold and cough which blocks my nose. This impacts a lot on my professional carrer and personal life. I would be really greatful if you can guide me with this regard.
