Hello doctor I meet with accident last 8 months .I got fracture bone on left leg sir.. doctor mistake made surgery ...he made 3 times surgery .. at present no movement on fingers and angle of leg ..it's fall down

I am 27 years, single male. working in s/w field. I have sleep problem and overthinking.so I consulted psychiatrist, He said I am suffering with Insomnia and Anxiety. 1.Do I need to take medicine for Insomnia? is it cure by changing life habits? 2.I heard that I have to take medicine long time for anxiety, is that true? 3.Is that medicine will affect my regular activities? and Is there any side effects with that medicine? 4.Is Anxiety will cure with Ayurveda,is Ayurveda suggestible for anxiety

I am Gaurav from Delhi and I am getting very little bit of foggy vision in my right eye since December 2017 for which when I went for the diagnosis to AIIMS Delhi and I was surprised that I was diagnosed with Cataract. The doctor asked me about my family history and I told him that my father, uncle and grandmother had cataract and my father had it in 38 years only. So he told me it's may be due to genetics but he said that it needs to be operated. Now my father told me that there are some remedies in ayurveda to cure cataract in initial stage. Kindly help me out regarding this. I am very much tensed about this because I am only 25 and I've got such a complicated disease.

May pigsa po sa bandang eyelid baby ko pero parang bukol pusya dahil walang mata ng nana na naka usli pero may lumalabas pong nana sa mata nya sabi po ng doctor hot compress lang pero hindi po lumiliit yung pigsa na parang bukol sa bandang eyelid nya pag 1week na ano puba gagawin ko? Thanks

My wife has a harmonal imbalance. From last 2 years, She is having periods every 25 days and having heavy bleeding for 2-3 days. Spotting lasts for around 10-12 days. Because of this the hemoglobin level is dropping to 6. Currently taking iron tablets to compensate this. We took some medication an year back but no improvement. She had a scan 2 weeks back and the report is normal. She had undergone DnC last week and went for harmones test. The report shows the it is a harmonal imbalance. We would like to go for ayurvedic treatment for this. Please suggest.
