I am a 47 year old lady and my weight is around 80 kgs. I have tried dieting to lose weight but I am not consistent. Exercises also I do on and off. I have read in newspapers of herbal medicines for weight loss. Can these herbal medicines really help me in losing weight? Can it be a permanent solution?
