I have whole body pain whole day.I also less stamina and energy. I m 33 yr old male, height 5.8, weight 50kg. I am underweight.I done all test Doctr suggest my nerve weak.I have done all blood test 85 test all are normal like CBC,lft,lft,thyroid,iron,etc. Prothiaden two times after meal and nexnuron (nerve strenght). I have less benefit.I want to use ayurvedic medicine. Please suggest should I use ashwagandharista two times or ashwagandharista churn at night with milk. Plz suggest difference and when to use in-between ashwagandharista and ashwagandharista churn.

But he told me panchakarma require and medicine for 6 months treatment require. But i have doubt about medicine and panchakarma how it works. Is it panchakarma require or not . Please tell me sir.
